How does it work?

We have an initial meeting where we find out about your needs

We find what type of Marketer would be best to fit your company's needs

We find you the best 3 fits for your company and we send them to you for review

After review, we schedule interviews for you to get to know the candidates

Once you have the perfect candidate, we make them an offer

Once the offer is accepted, we have onboarding sessions 

We assign you a "Peers Agent". This is the person that will be your contact throughout the process and ensure that you are completely satisfied 

We have an onboarding session together (the client, the peer, and us).

First day of work

If after 2 months you are not happy with your Peer, we'll find you another one, free of charge.
