  • How many hours will my Peer work?
    Your Peer is hired full-time. So your Peer will work 40 hours a week.
  • Will my Peer speak English?
    Yes! Your Peer will absolutely speak English, and have great verbal and written skills.
  • How do you screen the candidates?
    We created a very thorough process. We ask the applicants to submit their CV, which we evaluate carefully to make sure they graduated from elite universities in Latin America or have the equivalent experience. We ask them to submit an essay, and a video, before moving on to a formal interview.
  • What If I don't need 40 hours a week?
    Because we try to have our Peers become part of your team, we don't offer hourly rates. We believe that your Peer will be so much more effective, will feel more related to your company and a better team member if they are working full-time. If you suddenly have nothing for them to work on, let us know! We're sure we can provide you with ideas for them to do. We will work with you to develop additional ideas of how your Peer can contribute.
  • How often will I get billed?
    Once a month. The services we offer are for 160 hours a month per employee.
  • What if I don’t like someone that I hired?
    We'd like to think that ever Peer will be given a fair opportunity, but we understand that sometimes, there is no match from the Client with the Peer or viceversa. We offer all of our clients a guarantee, that if you don't like the Peer you hired or is not a good match for your company, we'll find you another one, free of charge.
  • How long is the commitment?
    If you are a first time client, the contract is for 3 months, and after those 3 months, we can extend it for 6 months or a year, and then renew it yearly.
  • What if my Peer is from a different time zone?
    As all of our Peers are from Latin America, we understand that they might be in a different time zone than you. Do not worry, all of our Peers understand that they have to work on your business hours and they will adjust to you. Not you to them.
  • What about paid leave?
    For one of our Peers to have paid leave, they must follow the following steps: Ask for a written permission from their clients. Send approval from their supervisor to our HR department Our HR departments approves. You don't have to pay extra. We'll take care of it.
  • How many days of vacation will they have?
    We want to make sure that all of our Peers are in a good space for them to perform better, we offer 5 days of vacation leave after completing the first 3 months process. After 6 months they'll be entitled of 10 days a year.
  • Do I need to provide office equipment?
    No, we ask all of our Peers to have their own Laptop or computer. During the screening process we ask of prove that they have great internet and good performing equipment.
